Warminster Township's Recreation Services Division provides numerous year-round special events and community services. With the changes to our programming initiatives 2015, the Parks and Recreation Department has begun rebuilding many of our educational programs and creating new activities. While many are free, most program and special events require registration.
The Department also oversees and maintains 420 acres of active and passive recreation areas in 13 parks. Warminster Community Park is the largest, 240 acres, with over 5 miles of trails. Many of our other parks are pocket parks located in neighborhoods. We encourage residents to take time to enjoy nature. To find local parks visit https://goodforpa.com
Pavilion, athletic field, and other facility rentals are available in several park locations. Click on facility list for more information and availability.
Dog Licenses, Bark Park Paw Memberships, and Discount movie and amusement tickets are available for purchase during office hours at both locations. Office hours schedule is listed below. We encourage contacting the Department prior to visiting our offices to ensure availability of staff and products.
Sport organizations such as soccer, football, baseball, softball, tennis, and cricket are offered by various adult and youth sport organizations throughout the seasons.
